Our facility has over 55,000 square feet of fresh/frozen manufacturing space.

 

Three Production Lines and Bakery:

Deep dish pizza from scratch, including dough batch capacity and par-baking.
Frozen topped pizza ranging from six inch to sixteen inch and panini sandwiches.
Extruded dough products and stuffed appetizers, including: stuffed cheese bread, hot pockets, logs, pigs in a blanket, stuffed rolled mini croissants, cheese whirls, potato puffs, etc.

Our research and development team utilizes only the highest grade as acceptable in the process of production for market.

Quality Assurance:

Festive’s Quality Assurance department ensures products and production procedures comply with customer specifications, Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP), USDA and other FDA regulations. As an SQF Level II Certified manufacturing facility, Festive Foods undergoes frequent third-party quality assurance audits and consistently achieves exceptional ratings. In the past three years running, the Company has received Cook and Thurber annual audit scores in excess of 98 or better. Internal quality assurance practices include daily inspection, employee training on quality practices and procedures, and an open-door policy for customers to visit Festive Foods production facilities.
